A'Level/GNVQs qualifications (preferable) The Responsibilities Please find below a list of the key responsibilities for this role with an approximate percentage of the amount of time that would be spent on each: Arrange client meetings (Expatriates & Locals), preparing agendas, distributing and chasing action points where appropriate.(15%) Co-ordinate statistical and system reports, maintain financial data and produce fee notes, ensuring that transactions are completed in a timely manner(5%) Act as focal point for the client service team and as a contact for clients, through the use of strong co-ordination and management, in order to maximise efficiency of the team and enhance service provided.(10%)Act as a primary resource for client service team and client, ensuring that problems are kept to a minimum and that the overall department image is promoted. Preparing weekly CTS meeting and taking minutes. Liaise with Inland Revenue.(10%) Handle all correspondence and administration relating to the client, including Tax Return Organisers, logging and dealing with Inland Revenue correspondence and managing standard documents in order that client confidentiality is maintained and that a professional service is provided (30%) Maintain client personal and task tracking information for *****individuals on the Database. This is a significant responsibility as it is completely relied upon to monitor progress of work e.g. tax returns.(20%) Ensure that client data is accurate and up to date by maintaining a global directory.(5%) Review client service team's filing, monitor setting up maintenance of filing, liasing with filing clerk to ensure files are up to date and manageable.(5%) The Person You will need the following qualifications, skills and experience: Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience involving internal and external co-ordination. 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades A-C including English and Maths. A'Level/GNVQs qualifications (preferable) Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.(Knowledge of FileMaker Pro and mailmerge preferable) The key personal skills for this role are as follows: Initiative Energy Innovation and Knowledge Sharing Client Service. |
