ESSENTIALS 2 Years + Strong Client focused Admin Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.... There are approx 80 people in the group ranging from students to Partners. This position is located within a team of *****Staff who support various Partners, Managers and departmental members. On a day to day basis you will report to the Dept Snr Mgr and Group Administrator The job is to provide administrative support to a world leading beverage producer account team along with building relationships directly with the client. This team co-ordinates overall global client service to this client The job will involve a high degree of organisational, communication and administrative skills, including excel, powerpoint and IT skills. You will be required to plan and organise your workload to meet tight deadlines and fulfil the demanding and diverse aspects of the job. The Responsibilities Deal with all general client administration & contacts to ensure that work is processed in a timely, accurate & efficient manner and that professional relationships are built and maintained(20%) Research work into business activities (Newsedge, press releases, industry journals, internet) for weekly distribution, introducing a newsletter for distribution - setting up template etc, introducing the web page on the system, updating of this regularly(20%) Working with the team to support the account management effort. Co-ordinating our efforts through the monthly international client service team meetings (organising, distributing information before and after the meetings, opportunities log, action plans, account plan, monthly reporting etc(30%) Weekly/monthly production of reports (wip and debtors).Help review costs/wip/provisions, revise budgets, monitor credit control, raise fee notes etc to ensure that we bill work regularly and correctly.Assist in the fee sharing process and management of the central agreed Group audit fee(10%) Maintenance of public folder contact lists, tasks lists,publications list & an effective / comprehensive filing system(5%) Undertaking ongoing training into the audit process gaining a better understanding of the client needs.Assist in the general management of the engagement, for example staffing/planning of staff.Preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence. Organisation of meetings, development and organisation of social/corporate events with the client(5%) Manage the departments compliance reviews(quarterly). Maintain database and prompt managers when compliance forms need to be updated(10%) Adhoc work for the team including conference calls, quarterly reporting attending meetings and writing up notes approx The Person You will need the following qualifications, skills and experience: 5 GCSEs grade A-C including English and Maths A Level / NVQ qualifications desirable in numerate subjects Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Word Highly Numerate One to two years relevant experience working in a team environment within a medium to large sized company.
