Administration - Client Adminstrator

A leading title insurance company require a dynamic and client focussed individual to work with their Post-Sales Team which looks after clients who have purchased their Web-Based Panel Management Solution which is a product designed for solicitors.

The successful candidate will provide support to the client management team and to be the first point of contact for clients during the implementation stage of the product.

Responsibilities will include:

- Set-up new clients to use service within deadlines set.
- Assist client implementation with the provision of relevant documents, training literature, and support.
- Maintain and review implementation literature.
Provide effective support to the client management team.
- Handle queries from solicitors regarding service.
- Monitor trends and performance monthly and produce report for account managers.
- Ad hoc duties.

This is an excellent opportunity within an expanding and dynamic company.

Applicants will ideally have good IT knowledge, an understanding of the mortgage process and excellent customer service and administration skills.
