The role of Client Services Administrator forms part of the Client Services Team, who work together to support the requirements of our clients, consultants and the management team.

The team's daily work is fast paced and varied and includes all aspects of administration, involving planning, logistical co-ordination, proofing and production of materials, and continuous full focus on internal and external customer support.
The emphasis of this role is to consistently provide the highest quality support whilst proactively integrating the efforts of the client and consultant teams.

-This is offered as a permanent position
-There must be a willingness to work flexibly over 37.5 hours per week worked from a Monday to Friday.
The office currently needs to be covered between 8.30am and 6.00pm and this is done between office based staff.
Occasional workloads may require you finishing work to a deadline, meaning working on until the job is completed.
-Working within a team of Co-ordinators supporting the Client Development Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

For a given portfolio of clients: -
-Work with Client Directors and Managers to set up and administer client programmes
-Organisation of the production of the highest quality proposals, presentations and reports for clients in agreement with consultants and client teams.
-Liaison with and follow up to client and consultant requirements, including organisation of meetings, co-ordination of all logistics and post workshop evaluation
-Venue and accommodation liaison and booking
-Setting up and creating reports using our diagnostic tools
-Researching and maintaining client information for the support of internal teams
-Assist with project management of key, complex programmes for clients
-Diary management and organisation of meetings


SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

-Customer service experience is essential, as is an enthusiastic and proactive approach
-Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
-Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively
-Ability to take initiative and display true ownership of allocated tasks, and able to work with minimum supervision
-Excellent communication skills, both face to face and telephone
-Conscientious and committed
-Flexibility in attitude and approach
-Ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines
-Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), internet and email
-Numerate
-Any previous experience within a consulting organisation would be an asset
-Taking responsibility for projects is a key aspect of this role
