Our UK Retail Operations provides Client Services and Transfer Agency services to clients of all UK distribution channels, including IFA's, Asset Managers, and Direct clients. The product range includes Open Ended Investment Companies, ISA's, PEP's and Luxembourg SICAV's. Servicing involves communication with clients across usual media, telephone, fax, email and letters. Maximising sales and sales opportunities and retaining profitable business is a key component of our client communications.

UK Retail operations are currently looking for a individual who can provide a professional, efficient and compliant service to Intermediaries and Direct clients who contact JPMF via telephone, correspondence and e-mail.

Principle responsibilities across these roles include:-
- Handle inbound call queries and information requests
- Investigate and answer written queries
- Resolve queries in AWD telephone chasing queue
- Provide appropriate service in line with service strategy
- Maximise sales and retain business
- Provide assistance to Sales Support & Sales Operations teams
- Record and log complaints and concerns
- Ensure that all regulatory, compliance and data protection procedures are followed
- Service Level of 97% on incoming calls
- Turnaround standards for written correspondence are maintained
- Deal with internal and external agencies

Qualifications
The skills we are looking for include:
- High customer focus
- Thorough in work with an ability to gather key information
- Self starter and adaptable to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good PC skills
- Active interest in Stockmarkets and Financial News
- Internal product systems
- Time Management
- Knowledge of FSA regulations
- Understanding of products (ISA/OEIC/PEP/IT)
- Understanding of account management procedures

Knowledge of the following is desirable:
- Report Writing
- Presentation Skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer
- Achievement of IAQ Modules (Investment Administration Qualifications)
- FPC / IAC qualifications
- UK Client Services provides a service to Intermediaries and Direct clients between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Consultants need to be flexible in their approach to working to ensure that these hours are adequately covered. Weekend overtime may be required.
