| World leader - Global management group require a skilled and corporate client administrator.
This role involves working with a wide portfolio of private equity clients. The Private Equity Group is a specialist group providing assurance services, taxation advice, transaction support and legal services to private equity clients. The role is to provide high quality organisation and administrative support to a client service team globally co-ordinated from the London office. The role requires initiative and flexibility, suiting an efficient organiser. To be successful, the jobholder will need to be confident, assertive and have the ability to prioritise their own workload. The Responsibilities Act as focal point for the client service team and as a central point of contact for all global issues and questions Arrange client meetings, preparing agendas, distributing and chasing action points where appropriate Arrange internal client service team meetings, preparing agendas, distributing and chasing action points where appropriate Co-ordinate statistical and reports, maintain financial data and client information using internal systems. Monitor financial results and keep the account managers and lead partners up-to-date with performance against budget Keep a record of all fees issued globally Where applicable, manage the collection and recording of the 5% central charge. Develop an efficient system for identifying fees across the UK and keep the 5% collection up to date Assist manager with preparation of fees, weekly summary of costs and quarterly billing schedules. Ad-hoc analysis of costs Act as a primary resource for the client service team, the client and other advisers, ensuring that problems are kept to a minimum and that the overall department image is promoted Where applicable, organise an annual conference for the client service team (normally partner level). This to include preparing the financial data and analysis required by the lead partner as well as collating the presentation materials for the whole day Handle all correspondence and administration relating to the client, managing standard documents in order that client confidentiality is maintained and that a professional service is provided Ensure that client data is accurate and up to date by maintaining a global directory Maintain an up to date list of all members of the client service team (global) Ensure all files are up to date and manageable |
