| Working with the Client Service Team of World leading IT Corporate , this is initially a three month fixed term contract (that may well be extended) to support the *****day action plan for this client.
Responsibilities This role involves a high degree of organisational, communication and people skills. You will be assigned to a single global client service team where you will be required to manage the relationship development financial and administrative aspects throughout Europe. Your position will be supported by a client administrator in our Management Advisory Services Department. Set out below is a list of the key responsibilities for this role with an approximate percentage of the amount of time that would be spent on each: Initiate and manage meetings programme across europe for the client which will require significant client contact (in person and by telephone/correspondence) and coordinate of team resources. (45%) Work with a client administrator and create a challenging environment which maximises their potential for growth. (5%) Project manage various projects including requests from the central US team, reporting developments and 'making it happen'. (10%) Assist in preparing presentations for clients. (5%) Prepare own correspondence and cleint team sheets and peapre drafts for Managers/Partner (10%) Communicate directly with Partners and Managers in offices throughout Europe to ensure consistent approach in targeting and service delivery model to the client. Act as a single point of contact for all services/disciplines. (10%) Actively support sales initiatives based on global services, promote UK sales activities throughout UK Client Service Team. Sponsor and control first *****day action programme. (15%) The Individual You will need the following qualifications, skills and experience: Educated to degree standard. Proven administrative experience, involving internal and external co-ordination. Ability to solve problems and display good judgement in a perssurised environment. Intermediate/Advanced Word/Excel/Powerpoint Proven project management ability. Ability to work confidently with senior directors and partners and client sites and within our client. Be able to travel at short notice, possibly to overseas client sites. |
