Administration - Client Adminstrator

in London West End

West End based Publishing organisation requires a Facilities Administrator on a contract basis. This contract starts ASAP

Duties include:

Processing invoices
Dealing with supplier queries
Maintain records
Updating databases
Health and Safety issues
Recording sickness and accidents
Maintaining various reports
Purchasing and ordering of stationary
Typing correspondence
Customer Service
Reception work
General administration and facilities duties


To apply for this role you should have the following;

Previous administration experience - 3 years plus
Good examples of multitasking
Being sociable
Have previous facilities experience
