Have you got past business background in Energy, Technology, Communications & Entertainment or working with International Industrial Business Corporates? Have you worked in Administration / Project Management / Customer Service or Conference Organising roles? We are looking for an individual do assist in the management of client teams and their activities in order to enhance and add value to the companies service. Working for one of our top clients will give you a foot in the door, which offers growth and scope for the individual.

Your role would include:
&# *****; Day to day management of client teams
&# *****; Reduce amount of time the technical staff spend on non-technical activities
&# *****; Set up, maintain and communicate engagement calendar of events
&# *****; Co-ordinate the writing of, communication, distribution and collation of deliverables
&# *****; Assist with budget setting, analyse / challenge work in progress, summarise costs against budget and highlight overruns
&# *****; Collect and record all relevant fee information, prepare and submit fee notes in accordance with billing schedules
&# *****; Communicate relevant information to appropriate networks through a range of mediums
&# *****; Identify, review and submit knowledge to appropriate databases

To work in this corporate environment you need to be a pro-active "can do" individual who pays attention to detail and works well under pressure. You would need to have strong PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You would need to have an interest in building and appreciation of the Firms services.
