A prestigous, City-based insurance company require a professional, friendly and efficient individual to provide a high quality service to visitors and to assist with office administration.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-presented have good knowldege of MS Office, and experience within a corporate environment.

This is a varied role involving: Call screening, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging hospitality and meetings, stock control of office supplies, policy preparation and processing and ad hoc duties where necessary.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, dynamic individual wanting to work in a similar environment.

This is intially a six month contract - covering maternity leave, however there may be a permanent opportunity available after this period.
