| Position will pay to £17,000 to commence plus Benefits but will be reviewed to £17,500 plus benefits after probation. This is an excellent blue-chip company who are seeking either an immediate starter or someone on short-notice. Applications from those with a notice period will still be considered. ADMINISTRATION: * Assisting in mail-order processing * Entering the train sales figures onto the computer * Sending catalogues to customers and dealing with customer enquiries relating the catalogue * Keeping the customer contacts list up to date * Arranging couriers to send samples and stock both internally and externally * Ordering stationery for the department * General maintenance of printers and computers * Ad hoc duties as and when required SECRETARIAL SUPPORT: * Diary management * Organising travel * Typing of correspondence * Filing, faxing & photocopying REQUIREMENTS: * Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of providing secretarial support * Minimum 40wpm * Proficient in MS Word, Excel - Intermediate level * Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative |
