3 Years experience in a large corporate environment
Sales / Client Admin experience
MIN 5 GCSES Grade C and above Maths & English
PC, WP literate Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The job holder will be required to provide a high quality Account Administration service to a Global account team and at least one other major client.
You will be supporting a major global clients and the job holder will be required to provide a complete administration service to ensure that the highest level of client service is delivered on this major account. The job holder will be required to develop (over time) a detailed knowledge of the organisation, key personnel and the clients service offering - the job holder will play a pivotal role in interfacing with the client.

The Responsibilities
Ensure client service team meetings happen regularly & are attended by all key members of the client service team. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that UK, key global terriroties and annual global client service team meetings take place
Attend and participate in all meetings and conference calls, taking minutes where necessary.Distribute information before and after the meetings (agendas, action points
Post team meetings follow up with individual team members to ensure they follow through the actions they have committed to
Ensure global account plan is maintained & updated. Identify who is responsible for actions & ensure these are carried out within deadlines
Communicate to the global team news about the client, their market place and activity on the account.Collate responses & distribute to relevant audience
Liaise with function experts to ensure relevant sector information is disseminated to the global team
Be aware of activity in the relevant industry and of new services that may be relevant to the client through liaison with industry segment head & industry manager
Liaise with client contacts to ensure effective communication
Be responsible for all pivotal pipeline data in relation to accounts
Provide a full admin service to all members of the account team.
Typing of minutes, proposals & other correspondence in relation to accounts
Diary management of all related activity. Compiling all necessary papers for meetings in advance including carrying out research where necessary
Arranging and booking tickets, hotels etc & compiling itineraries for overseas & UK travel
Handle telephone calls from both clients and staff. Handle queries independently & screen calls where necessary
Maintain effective client/internal filing
Assist the client service team to prepare for presentations / proposals which may involve some research work as well as production of powerpoint presentations
Organise social functions where necessary including venue, catering, invitations & payment of invoices
