Administration - Conference Administrator

A leading property organization is currently looking for a creative, committed candidate with an excellent eye for detail to assist in the management of their largest London property. The role involves:
- Facilities management
- Sales
- Show clients around & liaise regularly with tenants
- Solid Negotiating skills
- Marketing knowledge/experience
- Excellent customer service
- Management, development and motivation of staff
- Dealing with rent arrears (credit control)
Ideally to apply for this role you should have some background in facilities, however this is a varied and dynamic role and anyone proactive with a strong work ethic and personality should apply. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, theoretical or working knowledge of health & safety regulations would preferable but not essential.
