| Conference assistant with secretarial experience.
A confident and organised person with good secretarial experience is required for the conference centre of a Central London College. Candidates must: - have previous secretarial experience - be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills, in particular typing. - have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially a good telephone manner. - have a good standard of education (GCSE English and Mathematics are the minimum requirement) - be able to handle difficult and sometimes stressful situations This role does require occasional weekend work. Providing a support service to members of the conference team you must be well presented in keeping with the customer focus of the role.
