| Here’s your opportunity to join a fast moving, B2B publishing company with subscribers in over 80 countries and offices in London and Chicago. With lots of new Events planned for *****we are currently recruiting for an Events Administrator to join our Events team in the London office.
Main Responsibilities: -Administrative support in Events organisation, including venue research, supplier negotiation, client contact, production of delegate lists -Answering and responding to telephone enquiries, emailing and faxing information, photocopying registration forms, and dealing with post -General office admin responsibilities including stock control, post and couriers and dealing with suppliers The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will need to be pro-active, hard working and able to prioritise workload. You must be confident on the telephone, and highly computer-literate. You should also be the type of person who does not get fazed by a busy environment. You’ll qualify for a team and company bonus scheme and the chance to join a market leader in a fast-paced industry sector. Relevant experience is preferred.
