Baptie & Co is a leading worldwide conference company, dealing with sales and marketing issues in the computer industry is looking for conference planning professionals to become part of their winning team. The positions involve all aspects of producing high level conferences initially in Europe but may involve assisting in events across the world. We are looking for people (2 positions) who are self-motivated with excellent organisational skills, who are detail oriented and have great negotiation skills. You will be responsible for organizing board meetings and producing conferences across Europe. You will be responsible for recruiting speakers and must be able to effectively communicate with executives at the highest levels. You must be a team player and have a professional manner. Ability to speak in French and/or German in addition to English will be required. The jobs require people who can work under time pressures and have a sense of urgency. The successful candidates must be able to travel on short notice and will desire a challenge and take ownership of key projects. |
