Job title Filing Clerk

Department/division Taxation Dept.

Reports to Senior Manager

Overall job purpose Managing the day to day filing for the personal tax and corporate tax groups, and assisting with administration tasks as required. The candidate must have the ability to work accurately, with a flexible attitude and willing to work as part of a team.

Critical Responsibilities
Filing of general correspondence for Personal and Corporate tax groups·
Making new files as required·
"Weeding" of old papers and sending to storage·
Administration tasks as required, including photocopying, post etc


Person Specification
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
· Ability to work accurately and quickly
· Enjoy working within a team
· Pay attention to detail
· Be reliable and conscientious
