| A global finance and consultancy company is looking for an Office Services Assistant to join their Recovery and Administration Services department.
The company is looking for a vigilant administrator who is going to fulfill all administrative, filing and archiving duties to a high standard. Key tasks will include: Scanning Assisting with mailouts and photocopying Assisting with office moves Managing the archive area Keeping a log of all archives This is a busy role, which requires a thorough and accurate administrator. Experience of using office technical equipment such as scanners and photocopiers is desirable. |
