West London-based organisation is looking for an enthusiastic person to work as a junior in their Facilities Office.

Applicants should be willing and able to muck in and help out with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including:

- Sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Replacing toner cartridges and paper in printers, photocopiers and fax machines
- Ordering and maintaining stationary levels
- Helping out in office moves

Candidates must be outgoing and friendly with excellent communication skills. This role offers progression within the Facilities Office and might suit someone interested in Office Management.

Salary is £16,000
