| This is a legal practice with 2 partners and about 10 staff. They have nice open plan offices in the City. They are looking for someone to help with the everyday running of the office. This will involve handling incoming and outgoing mail, the daily banking of cheques, writing out cheques to pay bills, ordering or purchasing office supplies and stationery, photocopying, filing, updating computerised stored file records, booking couriers, ensuring that the office machines do not run out of paper, toner etc, replacing lightbulbs as necessary, changing water bottles, removing rubbish. You will need to be a well spoken and bright, intelligent person who is a good team member and can mix well at all levels.
