Print Room Assistant

Administration - Office Junior

in London City

We currently have an opportunity for a Print Room Assistant with one our City based clients. The successful candidate will be liaising with clients and ensuring that all internal and external communications are met.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Book client work into the management system
- Assist with printing jobs undertaken by the department
- Assist with using the colour digital press and search sending jobs to print
- Assist with operating and understanding all of the finishing equipment and processes
- To follow all current instructions and procedures
- Assist in general office duties.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

Immediate start preferred. Successful applicants must be flexible, willing to help out, proactive and work overtime etc if required.
An experience in printing processes would be advantageous, though not essential. You should also be computer literate and excellent communication and written skills, with the willingness to learn.
