| An exciting and varied position has arisen for an experienced Admininstration Manager to manage the implementation of administration standards across corporate functions of a large and expanding charity based in the City.
The sucessful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that "best practice" office management procedures are in place, within set budgets and whilst achieving annual KPIs. The role will involve supporting and advising senior managers in respect of their administrative staff, acting as a mentor where appropriate. The post- holder will make a significant personal contribution to the companies corporate culture and will have influence on ongoing corporate changes. Applicants must have the ability to plan strategically, design and implement systems, ability to lead and inluence at all levels and the ability to work to strict deadlines. The role will involve working in the Manchester office 1-2 days per week, so applicants must be happy to travel.
