An experienced Administration Manager is required for a Central London University.

The main purpose of this role is to manage the administrative team this will involve conducting weekly meetings of administrative staff ensuring they are all aware of activities anticipated for that week and to assign where necessary, to act as secretary to an advisory council, to liaise with visitors, academic staff, institute licensee’s and heads of departments, lastly you will be required to managed other adhoc administrative issues that may arise.

Candidates will have experience in Financial management, managing a team and servicing a committee.
The successful candidate will have superior communication skills, have good prioritizing and multi-skilling abilities and a high attention to detail.

This role is currently a minimum 4 week temporary position with the view to going permanent. My client is looking to move on this straightaway so there is a need for candidates to be available immediately.
