Administration - Office Manager

Due to expansion - an exiting opportunity has arisen at one of our financial clients based across 7 locations in and around London. This firm consists of over *****IFA’s and the post holder will be managing the support staff

The role will involve travel to various locations as and when required. Managing 14 staff across (Bournemouth, West Surrey, Kent, Slough, London - (City & central ), Hertford.

You can be based in anyone of these locations as long as you do not mind travel.

This role will involve;
• To develop and lead the team in the delivery of service standards through management of individual and team performance
• To review and develop current processes and procedures to ensure service can be maintained and continually improved and enhanced
• To comply with all applicable FSA rules and requirements relevant to the role
• To ensure that any new employees are signed off as competent prior to the expiry of any probation period
• To carry out and document individual performance
• To measure and monitor performance across the area in terms of service delivery
• To identify, develop and implement systems to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service standards.
• Manage, develop and maintain relationships with Sales Management and Advisers
• Manage the Areas performance and conduct appraisals
• Facilitate cover across the area to cover sickness, holidays and peaks in workload
• Identify and share best practice across all areas
• Work as a team with other Areas Sales Support Managers
• Ensure consistent delivery of systems and process training for new and existing employees.
• Collate, distribute and act upon management information
• Hold regular briefing sessions with the teams
• Encourage and actively seek feedback both internally and externally

We are look for previous examples of these qualities
• Able to communicate with individuals face to face and over the telephone
• Able to give leadership and direction in relation to corporate objectives
• Able to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning
• Able to manage individuals against performance
• Able to influence and negotiate

We are looking for an extremely strong people manager. Someone who is used to change as the organisation is rolling out new systems and process. Your negotiation skills will be tested as they have many employees who may resist change. So if you are looking for a challenge then this is the role for you!

First interviews will be held at our office in Holborn, central London and the second stag will be an assesment day being held on the 28.3.7
