A fast-paced Government project under the media spotlight currently has an opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to support their Office Manager in her PA and organisational duties.

Our client is seeking an organised, efficient multi-tasker who can work under their own initiative. With advanced written and verbal communication skills coupled with fast and accurate Audio & Copy typing and minute taking skills, this is a great role for an experienced Team Administrator.

The opportunity requires a strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with people at all levels, good negotiation techniques and the ability to deal with sensitive issues democratically and professionally.

Duties will typically include complex diary management, compilation of Board papers, agendas and minutes and database management.
