Administration - Office Manager

A rapidly growing research organization is looking for someone to fill the position of Head of Corporate Management to maintain management systems, allowing researchers and managers to focus on servicing clients and developing new business.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Maintain and develop the management and development systems
• Deal with internal enquiries
• Staff management
• Co-ordinate management materials and team meetings
• Liaise with the colleagues including MD’s, researchers, corporate managers and business heads.
• Liaise with the divisional accountant on financial and divisional matters

The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience in corporate management and administration
• Work effectively with all levels of staff
• Maintain a level head under pressure
• Excellent literacy and numerical skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

Previous experience within projects, office management, and business system processes would be an distinct advantage to this role
