Administration - Office Manager

in London Docklands

A Bi-lingual (French & English) Office Manager is required for this lovely organisation in St Katherine's Dock. Reporting directly to the CEO.

You should have fluent French/English and ideally be degree level educated. Strong IT skills are required including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Express. Excellent interpersonal skills through international business exposure.

Duties to include dealing with all aspects of office maintenance (i.e stationery, couriers, taxis, flights, accommodation etc.)

Monthly processing of payroll through an external vendor, ensuring monthly bank transfers to employees, tax income and national insurance. Adding of all new employees to pension and health schemes. Liaison with pension and health insurance companies. Updating of employee records.

Accounts payable: Paying of invoices and keeping records of all payments. Accounts receivable. Updating of all client records and tracking of payments. Employee expenses - pay and record all details etc.
