| Our client - an international Financial corporation - is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for up to 10 business teams across the South East.
This role will consist of managing the office and will include: • Monitoring staff progress and performance • Liaising between secretaries, partners and operations team • Manage operational issues • Organising rotas • Supporting, training and developing staff including evaluations The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Lotus Notes. Experience of management for teams of 10 or more within professional services is essential - this will include performance management and training experience. With a need for strong written and verbal communication abilities, advanced influencing & interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving, this is an exciting role within a reputable and esteemed Financial organisation. This is a full time permanent role, with 3 days of the week to be based in Uxbridge and the remainder of the time to be spent at other locations.
