| My client, a leader within market research is in need of a Office Manager /Events Co-ordinator to manage and coordinate their new viewing complex. Duties will vary with 2 days dedicated to the support of the market research team and 3 days devoted to general admin and secretarial duties.
Key responsibilities: • Managing the new viewing facility • Providing facilities support • Organising catering, meetings, information etc • Diary management • Liaising with clients and internal staff • Research • Database management • Travel and accommodation arrangements This position is a challenging and varied role, previous research experience is an advantage, the ideal candidate must have excellent organization and people skills, with a keen eye for detail and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
