Administration - Office Manager

G4h Limited is currently recruiting for a new Office Manager. We are looking for a proactive individual with a “can do” attitude, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. This is a busy and varied role so the ability to prioritize and multi-task is essential. Strong IT skills are a must and experience in book keeping software such as Quickbooks would be an advantage. The role requires a professional who is highly numerate, has attention to detail and a proficient telephone manner. Ideally, the successful candidate will have had experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Smooth running of the office (phones, mail, stationary, landlord issues, health & safety, compliance, purchasing and HR functions)
• Accounts - bookkeeping, invoicing, collections, payments and VAT returns
• Contracts with clients and associates
• Supervision/management of other staff
