Month West London Charity seeks a Senior Administrator / Office Manager (Contract)

Duties include;

General Project management and support
Payroll administration and reporting
Oversee all staff holiday and absence, implementing procedures, and staff appraisal system
Accounting responsibilities including balance sheets, P&L
Bank reconciliation’s
Liaising with suppliers
Overseeing and reporting on costs.
Implement and maintain supplier contracts
Negotiation of prices for charity
Management of 4 staff (receptionist, Finance, IT and administrator)
