Administration - Office Manager

My client, a prestigious financial organisation, currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office/Secretarial Manager to lead and motivate a team of secretaries and administrators.

This role will consist of managing the office and will include:
Monitoring staff progress and performance
Liaising between secretaries, partners and operations team
Manage operational issues
Organising rotas
Training and development of staff

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Lotus Notes. Experience of management within professional services is essential; this will include performance management and training experience. With a need for strong written and verbal communication abilities, advanced influencing & interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving, this is an exciting role within a reputable and esteemed Financial organisation.

Please note this role is a 6-12 month fixed term contract with the potential of it being made permanent
