WORLD LEADER MANAGEMENT GROUP REQUIRE A SKILLED ALL ROUNDER WITH STRONG CLIENT, ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE SKILLS. Requirements You will need the following qualifications, skills and experience: Approximately 5+ years of proven administrative experience involving internal and external co-ordination. 5 GCSE's or equivalent at grades A-C including Maths and English, is desirable Ability to solve problems and display good judgement in a pressurised environment Intermediate level in Word, Excel and Powerpoint Proven project management ability Responsibilities This job involves a high degree of organisational, communication, administrative and people skills. You will be assigned to a client service team where you will be required to manage the financial and administrative aspects of a global client engagement. Your position will be supported by a client administrator. Please find below a list of the key responsibilities for this role with an approximate percentage of the amount of time that would be spent on each: Provide weekly key financial data to the team's managers and analyse trends, results, and develop budgets. (10%) Manage client tax meetings programme for client which will require significant client contact (in person and by telephone/correspondence) and coordination of team resources. (10%) Manage monthly billing process to ensure fees are timely and remitted in accordance with client's criteria. Working with the team to share financial results, identify process improvements and provide early alert to concerning issues. (20%) Work with and supervise a client administrator and create a challenging environment which maximizes their potential for growth. (5%). Project manage various projects including the work in progress program, reporting developments and 'making it happen'.(10%) Assist in preparing presentations for clients. (5%) Prepare own correspondence and prepare drafts for Managers/Partner (10%) Communicate directly with Partners and Managers in various offices around the world to ensure consistent approach in service delivery model to the client. (10%) Ensure that client data is accurate and up to date by maintaining Global Tracking System (GTS).(10%) Coordinate the handling of correspondence and administration relating to the client, including Tax Return's, logging and dealing with Inland Revenue correspondence and managing standard documents. (10%) The Salary on this role has yet to be confirmed, we estimate the salary to be from £26,000-30,000. |
