Senior Contracts Administrator

Administration - Office Manager

in London West End

Our client; a global construction company require an efficient administrator to work as a senior member of the administration team and be responsible for the performing, delegating, monitoring and reporting of the administration and co-ordination of the busy facilites management department reporting to the departmental manager.

- Dealing with correspondence
- Arranging schedules for maintenance of engaged subcontractors.
- Liasing with clients and providing information on request
- Preparing and maintaining information for statistical, financial and progress.
- Instruct and monitor contract related activity of employees.
- Responsibility for requesting and distributing all Health and Safety documentation.
- Update dataases following subcontractor attendances.
- Processing invoices
- Monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance against SLAs
- Provide general ad hoc administrative support where needed.


Applicants must be strong team players, have excellent literacy skills, good knowledge of modern office procedures and IT, the ability to plan, prioritise and delegate and a good attitude to work.

Some experience of mentoring and delegating is preferable.
