Office Service Assistant

My client, a busy niche Legal firm based in Central London / City is looking for an Office Assistant to provide both office and hospitality support to their partners and staff whilst maintaining sufficient service delivery targets. If you are well presented, enjoy a challenge, and have a working knowledge of computers, than this role might just be for you!

Duties include:
· Database management
· Mail/post duties
· Building maintenance/cleaning
· Meeting room preparation and upkeep
· General Office duties
- Providing customer service
- Reception duties when required

The desired candidate will be self-motivated, professional, able to work to a deadline and organised, if this sounds like you then apply now!!
