| Leading global publishing company require an Administration Assistant to work alongside the Administration Manager.
The company are responsible for the organisation of a variety of public and in-house training courses tailored for legal counsel in investment banks and security houses, along with leasing executives. The courses are held in capital cities worldwide. The ideal applicant will aid in the administration of such events. Duties include liason with delegates, speakers and suppliers, handling invoices and registering delegates on database system. Meticulous organisational skills and IT literacy are essential, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email and Internet a must. Database experience is an added advantage. |
