Administration - Project Administrator

in London Greater West

Heathrow based Retail organisation is looking for a project administrator. Our client is rolling out a project to the whole organisation (end to end system) and we are looking for someone to assist the change manager with various tasks.

Duties include;
- Updating Project plans / databases
- Monitoring sub projects
- Liasing with managers and other project members
- Quality checking
- Preparation of activity schedules
- Preparing presentations using MS project / PowerPoint
- Advanced use of all MS packages
- Use of Visio
- Working to tight deadlines
- Assist in meetings

We are looking for a strong administrator, with a high degree/ examples of; accuracy, varied administration background, meeting deadlines, co-ordination of many tasks, someone that we can trust to work on their own and liaise with a team, can liase with people of all levels

This is a maternity cover and will last for at least 6 months with a high probability of being extended.
