Administration - Project Administrator

Central London educational institution requires a Secretary with excellent organisational skills.

Duties involve;

- Liaising with all levels including VIP's, senior executives and company directors
- Research and teaching of best practice
- Support and advise staff and investors
- Planning and organising events / activities
- Reporting
- Updating databases
- General administration
- Supports project managers
- Provide admin support to various teams

To apply for this role you should have;

- Proven organisational skills
- Strong IT skills including word, PowerPoint
- Ability to handle busty workloads
- Experience of dealing with people at a high level
- Working in an educational organisation is advantageous but not essential
