| Our client is a leading producer of portable and modular display systems for exhibitions, events and trade shows. They now seek an efficient and capable Account Handler to provide essential support in their busy office.
The successful applicant will provide effective customer service before, during and after the sale and monitor the smooth progression of jobs through the company. Key duties: - Provide effective customer handling support, by dealing with queries and requests from clients, Display Consultants and internal departments - Receiving incoming telephone enquiries / sales leads with a view to maximising sales opportunities - Qualifiying clients needs - Completion of quotations from layouts - Take graphic briefs and demonstrate to clients in the showroom when the Consultant is unavailable - Attend major 2D/3D design briefs with the client - Project manage larger jobs - Assume day-to-day responsibility for managing a number of key clients - Additional administrative duties Candidates educated to A Level standard, and with at sales support or customer service experience in a B2B environment, are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity in a creative environment.
