Administration - Sales Administrator

in London Hounslow

Our client - a dynamic and expanding international organisation - currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator with an immediate start!

Key responsibilities will include:
• The compilation and manipulation of numerical data for daily, weekly and monthly reporting using MS Excel
• The checking and completion of sales agreements, booking contracts and invoices
• Liaison with Head Office, clients and internal staff regarding the status of orders, payments and reports
• All associated administration tasks such as filing, accurate data management and franking

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills with fast and accurate data Entry skills. It is essential that the successful candidate has previous administrative experience, the ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment and Intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office packages - particularly Word & Outlook.
