A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading business membership organisation, and champion of London commerce. Our client is offering the opportunity for a highly motivated and organised candidate to join their small, but highly successful team in the promotion and improvement of London.
The role involves providing administrative support to a busy team during the recruitment of new members.
Duties include:
• Development and maintenance of database
• Maintaining internal tracking system
• Carry out research on potential members
• Communicate activities via verbal & written reports
• Attending & contribute to internal meetings
• Create presentations & collate marketing literature

In addition to a “can do” attitude, successful applicants must possess knowledge of MS IT packages including; Access & PowerPoint, be highly organised and have a flexible approach to work.
