The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the capturing, tracking and reporting of all sales information within a selected area. The job requires effective communication skills in order to proactively liaise with Industry leaders, business development managers and other partners and senior managers in charge of an account or deal(s). The sales administrator will be required to set up engagement codes. Training will be provided on Nectar, which is used to hold KPMG clients financial data. Department: UK Consulting Sales Reports to: Sales Administration Manager The Responsibilities Capturing all leads and opportunities onto the Pivotal database and proactively tracking the sale Complete understanding of the sales administration process, so that training can be given when required to members of the consulting staff. Continual update and maintenance of the sales pipeline in response to a sale progressing Proactively seek to obtain the status of opportunities and update the sales pipeline Present sales information at the weekly sales meetings Regular liaison with Sales Persons/BDMS/Client lead partners in order to keep the pipeline up to date Produces performance reports that compares value of jobs sold to sales targets Attend sales review meetings and pick up any additional information on deal currently on the pipeline or on new deals. Producing status reports for sales meeting and sales managers. Identify the need for engagement codes and set the up within billing system Act as a focal point of the sales process communication The Person Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience of databases and report generating. Attention to detail. Confidence. Ability to manage and prioritise own work. Ability to take ownership for own work. Ability to build relationships with all levels including senior people. Some IT skills and understanding would be useful, however training can be given. |
