OBJECTIVE Part of the GL TRADE group, GL Trade LNE is located in the City of London, employs *****people and covers Northern Europe. Keen on quality of products and services, and driven by its development in a competitive environment, the company now requires a Sales Administrator to assist the Commercial Team with various Sales Administrative duties. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will be assisting and reporting directly to the Commercial Manager who manages Sales Administration in a contract-driven software rental business. You will be part of a team responsible for: • Raising contracts/schedules (including minor drafting) • Contract database management • Sales and market data fee invoicing • Monitoring of installation completions • Processing contract cancellations • Client contract analysis including audits, rescheduling and renegotiations • Liaising with Sales Account Managers to assist in client contract negotiations • Liaising with the Corporate legal department when required during the drafting of contracts and for the resolution of issues • Managing contract logs • Custody of all contract originals • Contract filing • Other Ad-hoc Sales Administration functions |
