OBJECTIVE Part of the GL TRADE group, GL Trade LNE is located in the City of London, employs *****people and covers Northern Europe. Keen on quality of products and services, and driven by its development in a competitive environment, the company now requires a Sales Co-ordinator to assist the Department Director and his team with various Sales and Marketing administrative duties. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting the Sales Director in managing the Sales departmental processes. Assisting the Sales Team in the production of mail shot campaigns, appointment setting and client follow-ups. Liaising with commercial department to ensure the prompt production of monthly and ad-hoc reports. Maintain database of clients and prospects. Updating of all systems such as the Client Database and Sales Folders Diary management of Sales Director and Sales Team where appropriate Minute taking for sales team meetings/Type up minutes and issue to team Logging of Holidays, sickness, and lateness for the department and coordinate with HR First point of contact for all signatures from sales director i.e. holidays forms and expenses Welcoming of clients/prospects and providing refreshments for client meetings for team Assisting the marketing team for corporate Events and Exhibition. REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word Experienced at minute taking. Previous experience organizing events and exhibitions The ability to deal courteously with clients & staff at all times Strong organisational & communication skills at all levels Confident and methodical approach to tasks A consistent smart appearance Mature approach to work - reliable, honest and punctual REMUNERATION Up to £20,500 per annum + excellent additional benefits. |
