Administration - Sales Administrator

in London City

My client is seeking a hard-working, friendly Sales Support Assistant to provide first class Sales Support to a firm of IFA’s. The desired candidate will have had previous Office Admin experience and be comfortable working under pressure.

Duties include:
Preparation and dispatch of all new business to the Business Support Centre.
Liaise with the Business Support Centre and Head Office Departments.
Maintain and update various files and folders.
Chasing up financial information from customers / IFA to support their applications
Work with the Partner Director on various other duties.
Provide general admin and reception support as needed.
Ensure a smooth running of the sales office.
Reception duties

The desired candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, has great attention to detail, flexible and have a positive can-do attitude. This role offer progression and a good benefits and bonus package
