| An excellent opportunity has come up for an administrator to work within the sales department for a large international telecomms company.
Your main responsibility will be to collect weekly and monthly sales figures from sales reps and managers. Logging these figures on to an excel spread-sheet, basic secretarial support to the line managers - this will include making appointments, typing correspondence,etc This role is initially a two-month temporary assignment to start within the next 2-3 weeks. You must have advanced knowledge of excel, and intermediate level of word and PowerPoint. Previous experience of working within a sales support role and ideally has experience of collecting and reporting sales figures. |
