| Prestigious financial institution seeks to recruit high calibre graduates with strong knowledge of equity and/or capital markets and, exposure to the UK regulatory environment, ideally to include the UK Listing Authority rules. Roles cover the review, analysis and negotiation of legal documentation, arranging and conducting meetings and dealing with complex correspondence. Successful applicants will demonstrate exceptional transaction management skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with a global network of lawyer and investment bank contacts. A legal or accountancy qualification would be a definite advantage. |
