This role will provide a professional service with an emphasis on customer service and quality information. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of a warm service, will work as part of a team, be able to communicate effectively, have a thorough understanding of products, services and procedures and be able to work under pressure. This position will be the first point of contact for all telephone queries and an excellent telephone manner is required. The position will involve using the computer to access information and good keyboard skills are essential. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with all callers, be able to identify and service customer needs, be able to learn and retain high volumes of different procedures and be able to contribute to ad-hoc products and initiatives when required. Applicants must be able to ensure that company standards are met, be able to uphold a professional outlook at all times and be able to ensure that individual and team targets are met. Hours of work - 35 hours per week, Monday to Satuarday (08.00-20.00hrs). |
