| We are seeking to recruit a Client Services Assistant to strengthen the existing team and to provide the linguistic skills necessary to enhance the service levels provided to our European clients.
3. Role and key functions and# *****; Operate Client Services Help Desk, dealing with general business enquiries, operational and data questions and service technical questions; and# *****; The Client Services Assistant will liase with other members of company where necessary and will escalate problems to the Head of Client Services, Europe; and# *****; Co-ordinate the dissemination of information regarding new products and services and enhancements to our clients; and# *****; Evaluate enquiries and pass potential sales enquiries to the Sales Department, or other relevant departments; and# *****; Enter new client details onto the customer sales and account management system and ensure that details are up to date and accurate at all times; and# *****; Retrieval of data for ad-hoc data sales; |
