| This role is working in the Client Support team within Equity Operations and has a high level of focus from front office and ops management.
In a market where margins are ever decreasing, there is a growing need to distinguish the service you provide from that of your competitors by offering the superior after sales service. This team provides one of the first points of contact for trades entering the Operations area, thus this team has a major impact on downstream settlement effectiveness and fails rates by "getting things right first time". This role fits within the Electronic Confirmations Team (ETC) is for a client account manager responsible for an allocated list of clients. As well as the day-to-day focus of ETC confirmation exceptions and client query resolution, you will be involved in a variety of projects as part of an initiative within operations to focus on the top 10 exception types, then assist with root cause analysis, liaise with front, middle and back office and thus aim to increase settlement efficiency. |
